Tuan Pham

Tuan Pham

Tuan Pham is a PhD student in the Planning, Governance and Globalization (PGG) program at Virginia Tech, joining the Public Interest Tech lab in Fall 2025. He holds a B.A. in Behavioral Neuroscience from Lehigh University and M.S. in Computational Neuroscience from the University of Chicago. Previously, he worked with experimentalists on neurophysiology data standardization and analysis at Brown University, as well as collaborating with the Center for Tech Responsibility to analyze AI policies in the US. His research interest is in understanding the responsible use and governance of AI systems in Southeast Asia and the global majority.
